It all began in the early ’80s, when a home baker’s passion for creating delicious cakes filled her kitchen with the comforting scent of butter and sugar. With the encouragement of family and friends, she opened a little shop on Anza Street in Makati—a cozy place where every cake was made with love and care.​

​​What started as a neighborhood bakeshop soon became a city favorite, known for its timeless classics like French Apple Pie, Blueberry Cheesecake, and Chocolate Truffle.
